It seems it's a sign of the times that you can get a number of people to
bid for your business. This can be even more competitive when it has to
do with Real Estate in a down Real Estate Market. Common sense may tell
you that the Real Estate Agents that are doing well will not have time
or desire to compete in this type of a practice, but this certainly
varies by time and place.
You will receive bids anonymously from Member REALTORS® on the lowest
real estate commission they will charge to sell your property.
You can choose to be contacted by up to three Member REALTORS® who
provided you with the cheapest real estate commission on a Full Service
Listing.
You will know where the professional Member REALTORS® are located and
how much experience they have in residential real estate. You will know
even more about them if they have opted to provide you with their "BIO".
